The terms that apply to authorised use of Mia Documents.
Mia Documents is an internal tool operated by Voyage Manager Ltd on behalf of Mia IP. Access is granted to authorised users only.
Acceptable use
Use of the application is limited to legitimate business purposes of the Mia group. Users must keep their sign-in credentials secure and must not share access with unauthorised people.
Confidentiality
The documents and information available through Mia Documents are confidential. They must not be copied, distributed or disclosed outside the organisation except as permitted by your role.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis for internal use. We aim to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
