Mia Documents grew out of a simple problem: too many important files, in too many places, with no fast way to find the one you needed.
The problem
Running a group of businesses generates a mountain of paperwork — contracts, invoices, bank statements, letters, certificates, scans. It ends up spread across drives, email inboxes and folders, and when you actually need a specific document you're stuck hunting through all of them.
What we built
Mia Documents is the answer: an automated pipeline that reads and files every document as it arrives, and a single web app that lets the team search the whole archive in one place. It sits alongside the other Mia products — Mia Accounting, Mia Bazo and the rest — and shares their look, their sign-in, and the same commitment to being fast and simple.
How it fits the Mia family
It uses the same design language and the same user accounts as the other Mia applications, so it feels familiar from the first click. Under the hood it runs on Azure — an Azure SQL database for the documents and Azure App Service for this web front end.

Mia Documents is a product of Mia IP, operated by Voyage Manager Ltd — a small UK team that builds the tools it uses every day.
